| The Family Healing Center, Inc (FHC) operates as an outpatient faith-based center that serves Rowan County and the surrounding areas. FHC serves individuals and families who are combating mental illness, substance abuse, and other stressful issues. Treatment and or education is conducted by professionals who are licensed or certified in those related fields of study in the state of Kentucky.
